About the Author
Professor Dishan Kamdar is the Vice-Chancellor (VC) of FLAME University, the forerunner of liberal education in India. He is also a leading researcher, senior faculty member, and executive coach to CEOs of renowned corporates and family businesses in the country. Dishan was previously the Deputy Dean and Professor of Organizational Behaviour at the Indian School of Business (ISB), a premier global business school.
